Each home is a beautiful modern double wide trailer home, delivered brand-new, complete with appliances and surrounded by fresh landscaping and paved roads. Residents enjoy access to a stocked lake, jogging paths with benches, a community fire pit, and athletic fields and an exercise area — all designed to promote family, unity, fun, health, stability, and peace.

We eliminate the use of credit scores for our applicants. Instead, we exercise faith and belief in qualified individuals who demonstrate consistency, character, and income. With 30% of units reserved for city employees, GPV offers cities revenue, jobs, and long-term community impact — all without financial burden to the municipality.

We are accepting most Sec.8 families and individuals. There will be no lag in any of our properties. As quick as we build them is as quick prioritized Sec. 8 voucher holders can move in. HOME OWNER BOOTCAMP
After 24–36 months of consistent rental behavior and financial responsibility, tenants are introduced to homeownership pathways through FHA, USDA, VA, or DreaMaker® mortgage options. Green Pastures Village offers free financial training classes, including realistic credit repair strategies to prepare residents for long-term stability.

Renters are encouraged to educate their adult children and prepare them to take over the rental property as they move on to their dream home — creating a lineage of financially responsible generations who understand ownership, discipline, and economic growth.

Green Pastures Village™ (GPV) is not simply a housing development.
